to La Brideraie ! La Brideraie is a private hamlet situated on the borders
of Poitou, Touraine and Berry, in a well-preserved countryside.The hamlet
stands on the top of a hill facing south. The absence of any other property
around ensures a good view of the surrounding countryside, while it preserves
your intimacy. In the centre of the hamlet, a large house, comfortable
and well-equipped, may accomodate a family or a group of friends for a
long week-end, a week or more time.For those who simply wish to dispose
of stress and recharge their batteries, it is the ideal place, with its
private swimming-pool, jacuzzi and tennis reserved for the guests of the
domaine. But there are many other pleasant things to see in the region
and the owner of La Brideraie is always very glad to help those of his
guests who want it to plan their holidays as they like in order for them
to enjoy every minute fully..

The
House.

With its six bedrooms, the house can accomodate twelve persons.It may easily
be divided into two separate flats containing
three bedrooms each, which can be rented
separately. The house is composed of three
bathrooms, a shower-room, a large entrance,
two living rooms, a dining room, a laundry
and an open-plan kitchen. A very complete
equipment is supplied in order to make
your life easier during the holidays :
ovens, microwave ovens, food processors,
washing machine, tumble-dryer, dishwasher,
two TV sets, telephones in all the bedrooms,
hair dryers, towel-warmers,central aspiration
system. . . On the ground floor, the French
windows open on a large terrace facing
south, which is extended by a covered part.
From the terraces there is a fine view
of the fields and surrounding hills, and
the absence of neighbours of any sort ensures
you a complete privacy. Garden furniture
and barbecue sets are at our guestsí disposal..

cabin complete a combination of things dedicated
to the pleasures of water.

On the upper level, on the
other side of the house, in a shaded park,
may be found the hard tennis court, entirely
closed.

The barn shelters a ping-pong
table and a set of darts, but also bycicles
which are at our guestsí disposal if they want
to go for a ride in the countryside. In front
of the barn is a large stretch of grass on
which you can play football.

Three kms away, in the village of Pleumartin, you may find

The thermal spa of La Roche-Posay is 7 kms away. .Chatellerault

prices for 2004 |
These
are the prices for a stay of a week ( from one Saturday to the next ),
with sheets (the beds are done) and bathroom linen. In some periods of
the year, it is necessary to ad a supplement for heating. For any extra
week, a reduction of 15% is offered. When you arrive, you will be asked
to lay down a guarantee of 300 euros. It will be paid back to you two weeks
after your departure at the latest..
